This Privacy Policy explains how Debt Handled ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and services.

You authorize Debt Handled and its marketing partners to contact you via email, telephone, and text/SMS (including through automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, or artificial voice) at the number and email address you provided, even if it is on a Do Not Call list. Message and data rates may apply. You are not required to provide consent as a condition of purchase.
You also authorize Debt Handled to obtain a soft credit inquiry for eligibility or pre-qualification purposes. This inquiry will not affect your credit score.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
